Barriers of effective Communication
Communication is the basic need of the humankind species. According to the Merriam-Websters dictionary conversation is defined as a process by which information is exchanged between individuals through a common administration of symbols, signs, language or behavior (1)
When we talk ab surface communication from a whitlow judge perspective, we talk about the justice system communication. For the system to run efficiently, good lines of communication must be open between management and staff, from top to bottom and vice-versa, as head as suppliers, courts individualal, fellow police officers and ect. Although it may be small-minded or even irrelevant to bring up a topic about barriers to effective communication, but in this of all time changing world that we live in, it is a very perfect problem being faced by the criminal justice system. A barrier is anything that gets in the authority of the purpose of communication, or causes people to misunderstand each other.

There be many diametric barriers to effective communication in a organization, but some of the major ones are as follows:
carnal Barriers: The modern workplace is symbolized by physical barriers, marked out territories, closed office doors, barrier screens and separate areas for people of different status. This causes a lack of proximity and an indifferent attitude among employees.
perceptual Barriers: No two humans beings are the identical and therefore the way they dig things is also different. This effects communication too, because the world is seen in different light by the person/people we might be communicating with. They might perceive our words or actions in very different way than what we intended to.
