My employer is the United States Air Force and the pay is dictated by the Congress and on that point be many influential factors that go into the pay scale. being as I am stati adeptd in Japan and there arent even local businesses or city offices to serve for interviewees. Being as such I decided to require into the pay establishment and scales of the United States soldiery and look at how jobs are divided based on pay and compensation. In the United States Military there are tons of benefits that are offered to the service members and their families in an attempt to keep members and recruit youthful ones.
The Military has many benefits that correspond with the books quaternary criteria for effective compensation of secure, balanced, cost-effective, and acceptable to the employee. Breaking down the quaternary criteria and applying them to the compensation forces members receive from the government, secure is probably one of the best and most influential benefits phalanx members receive. The pay is tailored to provide the right amount of pay and benefits to support the military member based on their rank.
For example, the military pay system is based on ranks/grades that go from E-1 to E-9 for enlisted and O-1 to O-9 for officers. An E-1 to E-3 receives BAH or Basic Allowed house and BAS or Basic Allowed Subsistence pays that are reduced significantly because the military provides their housing and a place to eat (the dining facility). This is to image young military members can provide from themselves and dont make a mistake that inhibits their ability to live and survive.
Military members get a guaranteed paycheck commensurate with grade and in addition allowances that increase with rank and depend on the location they are stationed.
