Sympathy for Christianity

Before reading about famous Christian passel in this section of theology, I knew little about the Christian religion and the people who shaped Christianity. The extent of my knowledge include the belief in heaven and hell, belief in delivery boy and God, and church activities. Because I do not practice every religion, I have a hard time imagining myself in the context of Christian traditions and beliefs. I am fascinated with taradiddle though, so I try to think about Christianity as a story. I tend to accept the reasons behind study changes in the story easily, without resistance. Yes, the people during the time of Martin Luther felt a need to be free from damnation; therefore, the people adoptive Luthers ideas and created a new division of Christianity. But was it so simple? Probably not. Thats why I challenged myself to feeling closely at each Christian person I read about. Each of the readings about a Christian Person, from the multiplication of Jesus to those of Dorothy Day, revealed different dimensions of Christianity, and collectively the readings caused me to sympathize with origins of change throughout Christian history.
