This is a announce close an aspect of HRM institutionalise that I encountered after school recreateing as a volunteer in a preteen peoples non-governmental organization called Girls study Movement-Uganda (GEM-U). It was a very young organization just terce years old, founded and managed by young people. The report will be divided into two major sections; a short report about an aspect of HRM practice and then the TGF discussion associated with B120 defy 2.
The first section will pay off four sub-sections/separate: part (a), I will describe the HRM problem that I experienced at GEM-U; part (b), will be the analytic thinking of the problem using HRM concepts delivered from B120 Book 2 An introduction to humankind resource management, Session 2 Designing satisfying work; part (c), I will propose solutions to the problem; and at last part (d) I will share useful cultivation from two websites on internet that give additional knowledge about the concepts from part (b) to analyse situation described in part (a).
The section of the report, I will a drawing summary of one of the TGF discussions relating to B120 Book 2 and what I have learnt from it.
