Job Satisfaction and Job Opportunities of MBA Iranian Graduates

Abstract
Nowadays, MBA is the virtually favorite master degree in Iran. Also, most of undergraduate
students want to cogitation MBA. So, this research was carried out to determine the current job
satisfaction and job opportunity of MBA Iranian graduates. The questionnaire of the research
was knowing and was distributed among 30 MBA Iranian graduates in order to gain our primary
data. In the study I found that most of MBA Iranian graduates are genial with their jobs;
moreover, there are job opportunities for them. Our conclusion is that if the purpose of MBA
programs is to declare better job opportunity and job satisfaction, these outcomes show that MBA
achieved the aim.

1- Introduction
MBA has been one of favorite overlord degree in developed countries for two decades. This
popularity has been transferred to developing countries. Iran too is developing country and
Iranian universities have offered MBA with m both major league since 2000. However, there are two
main questions that are there any job opportunities for MBA graduates and are MBA graduates
quelled with their jobs?




To address the questions, this research was designed in five sections which are literature
review, methodology, findings, discussion and conclusion and references respectively.

It has been stated that job satisfaction is complex concept which is contrasting from person to
person. Job satisfaction is more of an attitude and it is associate to personal feeling of successful

(Robinson, 2005). Also, job satisfaction is defined as employees viewpoint about his or her job
(Robbins & DeCenzo, 2004).
